Your screen reader announces that there's a change at the beginning of a changed paragraph. Simple Markup is the default option, and indicates where the changes are with a vertical line in the document margin. In the markup list, press the Up or Down arrow keys until you hear the name of the option you want. The markup menu is expanded, and you hear the name of the currently selected markup. You can choose how to show the tracked changes in your document. To use the direct shortcut, press Ctrl+Shift+E.
